Return & Refund Policy – 30 Days
You must apply for a return or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of order delivery. For assistance, please contact us via email at sales@jonasengine.com
The goods must be in brand new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. We strongly recommend retaining the packaging for at least 30 days after receiving your product.
If the device has exceeded 30 calendar days since delivery, it no longer qualifies for a refund. Goods returned without original packaging or that have been used cannot be accepted for a refund. Jonasengine.com reserves the right to refuse any return based on the condition of the returned goods. Once approved, we will provide the return delivery address by email.

Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be shipped to the return address provided by email, and customers must notify us with the tracking number.
For international orders, any customs fees required to receive the returned package will be deducted from your refund.
Damages caused by unauthorized modifications, incorrect voltage supply, misuse, improper packaging, or use prior to completing required training are not covered under this policy.
Customers are responsible for proper packaging of returned items to prevent damage during transit. Each accessory must be individually protected with bubble wrap, foam, or similar materials. Screens must be carefully covered, and items must be securely fixed inside the box to avoid movement and damage.
Custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, alterations, or modifications.
Refunds depend on the condition of the item, packaging, and purchase date, and must be pre-authorized. If approved, refunds will be issued within 30 days.
Any shipping or handling damage must be reported to jonasengine.com within 24 hours of product receipt.
Order Cancellations: Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Generally, orders cannot be canceled after 1 hour of placement. If you wish to cancel or edit your order within this time, please contact sales@jonasengine.com
